Wallaroo.AI is on the hunt for a passionate, entrepreneurial, Enterprise AI Customer Success Manager, who is obsessed with not only AI engineering but with empowering our dynamic customers across a wide range of industries. Partnering with their AI teams, you will help architect and own solutions, providing technical and functional expertise, as well as recommendations that drive business value and aid in retaining and expanding Wallaroo.AI’s customer base. As part of this role, you will be a trusted resource, teacher and consultant, interfacing with our customer’s AI engineers and executives. Additionally, you will be a great source of inspiration and feedback for Wallaroo’s AI product development in enabling future product roadmap items with meaningful customer feedback and insights.

Prior startup experience or a similar high-velocity environment is a significant advantage.

Your Main Responsibilities (The Fun Stuff)

  • Get 'Em Started: Lead the full rollout of Wallaroo for Enterprise, making sure customers see value fast.
  • Account Owner: Be the main point of contact for the customer journey. You'll manage success plans, run Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, and hunt for expansion opportunities.
  • Tech Guru: Master the Wallaroo.AI product so you can give hands-on technical advice and optimization tips.
  • Adoption Booster: Create and run strategies (like training) to make sure customers actually use and love the platform.
  • Team Player: Work with Sales, Biz Dev, and Engineering to keep customers happy and relay product feedback.

Must-Haves (The Dealbreakers)

  • Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success, Project Management, or Professional services, with a track record of handling both short-term projects and long-term strategic relationships.
  • Tech Brain: You need to be able to confidently explain complex technical topics to anyone.
  • AI Framework Know-How: Familiar with deep learning frameworks (like Transformer, onnx, PyTorch) and LLM frameworks (like vLLM, SGLang) for AI deployment and inference.
  • AI Platform Pro: Prior experience or familiarity with the big enterprise AI platforms (e.g., databricks, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex, Arize AI, Baseten, etc.).

  • Pay Range for NYC: $150-$185K
